Shipping policy

We offer free worldwide express shipping through DHL and other carriers as suitable per region.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.

In line with our mission to produce craft pieces, made-to-order shipments have a longer lead time as both the fabric and the garment itself is produced to order. We will notify you once your garment is crafted, at which point we will collect the remainder of the payment and ship the order promptly.

Please note that orders shipped to the United States and United Kingdom require a formal customs clearance. DHL/UPS may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or a social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
